Even now I dont think my offer figures are correct. They have only given back the difference plus interest of what was paid up front and what was repaid. There is no redress for the 27 payments of £208.00. I will contact them first thing tomorrow.
Good Luck ![/QUOTE]

Hello All.
I wrote in May 2011 to the bank asking for the agreement for the account , i already have the statements as i have already claimed back unfair charges on this account.
They did not reply.
I left a post on here asking what you think i should do and someone :Avery kindly got back to me saying that i ought to just send in the form (FOS form on here).
I sent in the form (FOS) at the begining of august and received a reply saying that they will look into it and get back to me.
Last week i received a copy (out of the blue, remember i asked for this in May) of the agreement and the PPI is not ticked. IT looks like they just added it without asking me.
This is a credit visa card account and i paid it off in full a couple of years ago. The PPI only appeard on my statements when the debt reached £4000. I do not remember being asked if i wanted the PPI and i was self employed at the time (still am) so not even sure if it was suitable for self employeds.
Will they still process my complaint? Or do i need to resend the FOS form?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou
Hi i'd leave it with them, they have it in hand, sounds like an uphold:beer::D:T:)0 -
Hello again.
I know what I'm about to ask is likely to be impossible, but I am getting a bit over-excited in anticipating what my lloyds tsb payout will be, I just wondered if someone could assist me with an estimate.
Because I first applied for PPI mis-sell in 2007 and was rejected, I got rid of my loan information, so when I reapplied earlier this year, i just resent my original letter and asked them to reconsider, and I was really happy to receive the offer of full repayment and I'm just waiting for the actual amount. But I can't recall what the PPI amount was on the loan, so I was hoping maybe someone who had a loan at around the same time might be able to give an approximation of what it could have been.
My loan amount was £17500 over 4 years at interest of around 7% and monthly repayments of £441 - the loan was taken out in December 2001.
Any help will be gratefully received, but it is just pure over-excitement that means I can hardly wait to see what my payout will be, so if no-one knows, that's fine - it'll do me good to wait[STRIKE]DFW Nerd number 729[/STRIKE]Debt Free & Proud0 -
As your all probably aware the banks haven't made there deadline certainly HSBC hasn't if your still waiting don't worry i would think that you have an uphold, have a good weekend all of you (whats left of it)0

Hi
I'm just reviewing all my accounts to make sure I haven't had any further PPI applied. What I wanted to ask was had anyone had any experience of PPI being applied to a Career Devlopment Loan? Not sure whether I should request the paperwork to prove this.
Any advice much appreciated.0 -

Morning all,
I had a Natwest card that, due to some financial problems that I encountered, was passed on to Triton. I've almost finished paying Triton off, but I'm not sure whether the fact that i defaulted on payments to Natwest would preclude me from reclaiming PPI?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Hi there
You can still make a reclaim on the PPI, and remember ppi was/is still being charged so its worthless to you.
You still pursue the ones who sold you the account in the first place, details below - reclaim questionnaire, remember to keep a copy as well.
