Hi there and welcome, you need to send a letter asking for credit agreement the charge is £1. Or you can request a sar for £10 and that will get you all the info they hold on you.
Thanks for that, I take it it wont make any diffence that I have changed address within the past 6 years. I have kept my bank informed of the address changes and have kept the same account number so when I send the letter off with my bank account number on they will send me all details of past records within 6 years even if they are from different addresses
Will look to copy that SARS template on Monday and send it off
Many thanks again0 -

It is a comfort when you have somewhere to go
Yes that's right, we keep a check on it when passing by, and I try to go twice to three times a week to keep it all tidy, at the moment there is only dad's name sign with date of birth to death, some ornaments and memorial vases, he will soon have a marble/granite stone plaque, its on order, it will be in black marble with gold writing.
I do think its nice to have an ashes plot to visit, I still talk to dad too.:)XXXThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

As amersall says you can request for a copy of your agreement, by writing a simple letter:
Dear Sir/Madam
I enclose a £1 cheque/postal order payment in request for a copy of my agreement - Account number XXXXXXXXX, and will appreciate you supply me with this copy by 12-14 days as from the date of my letter.
Yours sincerely
And as amersall says as well, if you want to request for a SAR (Subject access request), you enclose £10 cheque or postal order, they have 40 calendar days to comply.
There is a template letter on this site for this on link here:

I personally recommend that you post all letters by recorded delivery, to ensure safety of your letters reaching the depts, and you can also check the status of delivery on the Royal mail website "Track and Trace".
If your unable to find the account numbers, give them as many personal details as possible, for example if you moved a few times any addresses and any change of names, also give your date of birth, this will or should help them to track down your account info.
Then when you want to make a reclaim, follow this link as below, and ask for help when required.
