Orange: Problem with inclusive minutes
I am having difficulty finding my remaining inclusive minutes.
Tried 150 option 1, last updated 20 January.
During past 1 week have tried to contact the service desk:
Answer: We are aware of the problem, service will be soon available.
Does anyone have the similar problem?

yeah me too... mine was last updated 24th jan... but my minutes get updated on the 1st every month and they are still not sorted yet,i have even tried to check my bill online, something i do every month just to see it before it arrives, but even that aint been updated yet thankfully i'm leaving orange at end of the month0
