Pollyanna Greenbee strikes again! Sees the positive side...:rotfl: seriously - good idea! Just picturing all these Flyladies studying melt patterns on their roofs. (Flat roof out back is thick with snow AND that's where the boiler is;))

I've just got one patch on the flat roof, where the pipes from the boiler into the house go through. Although they're insulated, they were very close to the roof, so obviously aren't quite insulated enough. There was even ice on the cage over the gas flue this morning  I just have to work out what's going on with the patio

Cazzie - I shared a cubicle (at my previous workplace... we don't have such luxuries where I am now!) with someone who lost several babies while we worked together, one at just over 7 months. I agree with everything that's been said here - let her know you are there for her, and more importantly, be there for her when everyone else has moved on. And don't forget her fiance - my ex had huge unresolved issues as a result of his ex-wife losing a baby. All the attention tends to be on the mother, and the father is expected to be strong and provide support when he's going through an equaly tough time.

I've done rubbish with the flying but I have packaged up all my ebay sales and emailed them all to let them know I will post when we have a little less of the white stuff.

Dinner cooking, kitchen not too bad so think I'll have a quick S&S and dust the tv.

Soappie - WDYTYA? is on tonight, is it a new series?

Oooh - just looked it up. Seems Rory Bremner is on tonight. Whether it's a new series or not, I don't know. I do know I haven't seen this one. It's Fiona Bruce next week.

    It's getting colder.

I'm still sorting the bits and pieces out in the kitchen. Then I shall have a long soak in the bath and cook dinner.
