Just got in from clearing ice from the road just as it started to snow again! The forecast gives snow late tonight to early morning and then again from tomorrow night on and off through all day Tues

Also had the WM and TD on x 3 today
Clean washing mostly folded so no ironing woohooo (still got the ironing pile lurking!)
    DW loaded and unloaded
    Sunday school this morning
    Homework x 2 done :D
Filed some paperwork, more to do, need to do some shredding now.

Brain is mush over the congrats and commiserations needed :o suffice to say hugs all round :D

Email received from Mum and Dad they are in Wellington today and catching a ferry to the South Island tomorrow. Still having fun :)

Toots Looby (aka Miss Valli) says thanks..she has flung an impressive - but shocking number of pens, pencils, pencil sharpeners, allsorts. She has just asked why she started, so I told her and she replied (having cleared every drawer and box) 'no point leaving a job half done'. Sad to see so many toys go - but when they haven't been played with for so very long...what's the point of keeping them?
I just have to accept she is no longer a child
    ***sigh***
btw AF was last here 2 and a half weeks ago...
did that missing person ever show up? :rotfl:

thanks Anw's Mum - the list is working as i keep checking it and seeing if there's anything I can do as i go along! You have had a very productive day - well done! what about making your task for this week to sort thro the clothes of one of them and next week the other? If you have a definate job to do I find its much easier to get it done.

Nice to hear M&D are ok and having a nice time!

when I was out with my cousin I saw a big poster for a Runrig concert just outside perth so now i need to find out when it is and then find someone to go with!!!!

Oh I love old threads. Great to see so many of us have survived the year.

Mudders - your flying has improved over the year whilst mine has nose dived - i don't iron the duvet covers now they are a year old!

I wonder how Traceyg and Tinsel are they were regulars back then. we used to chat alot, now we are very restrained! I can't beleive Michelle was still preggers either

SarahS - you're in for a fair bit of snow according to the met office

In fact, just about everywhere in the UK is in for a rough time of it tonight and tomorrow

    Have a look here:

    http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/uk_forecast_warnings.html

    Be careful out there!

I've had enough of the saw for tonight so I'm going to sweep up, prep the veg for dinner then have a glass of wine and put my feet up for half an hour. I'm leaving Gordon alone tonight.

In order to avoid wasting the WHOLE evening reading about your antics last year... (Mudbath doesn't seem to have changed much :p ), did you actually solve the problem soappie?!

It's just started chucking it down outside... either heavy rain, sleet or hail from the noise, but I'm not about to go out and check...
