:rotfl::rotfl: I'm sorry Greenbee but that did make me laugh!

And I've dug back in the archives about Buster and :cool:ORF:cool: and it all starts on this page of this thread

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=735331&page=8

looking back, it was hilariously funny. Worth a read if you've got an hour or so - all those rabbit and squirrel costumes and handcuffs and thinks. Such laughs! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I've just realised - it was a year ago this coming week!

Yeah - those of us at work who couldn't log on were desperate to catch up on the day's events when we returned!

  • Afternoon all, no time to catch up (getting fed up with that, need a good gossip...;)) but I really need to get on...

I have been good though, I have:
    • Cleaned the kitchen to within an inch of it's life,
    • Put dinner on (so that was a waste of time cleaning really) we're having roast beef with roast spuds, roasted veggies and yorkshires... numnumnum...
    • Been to the club to collect hubbys car and shooting club were there selling their wares, pheasant, partridge, rabbit, etc plus some cooked sausages, ect on the bar to try and eat... got some rabbit for a nice stew...
    • Been shopping
    • put on 3 loads of washing
    • dried 2 lots in tumble
    • DONE 2 HOURS OF IRONING!!! (and more to do with hubbys stuff to go away with)
    • Put away all mine and DS's clothes
    • Dusted the hall and washed the floor
Gonna have a cuppa now and then attack the front room as looks like a bomb has gone off, need to get reasonably tidy as working all next week and then I can S&S each room to keep it nice...

:coffee: anyone want to join me? :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee: :coffee:

    you didn't!

when I worked in the lab I was always very carfeul to wash BEFORE I went to the loo as well as after....

BTW she is visiting here too and I am sure she 'shouldn't' be...

That sounds VERY painful Greenbee - I remember hubby having a similar instance after using ralgex... :rotfl: (well I couldn't help laughing...)

And Valli, they do say that women together tend to get Aunt Flo visiting at the same time... maybe we've been on here too much... :o

    I hate sawing!

The jigsaw isn't doing things very quickly so I'm having to do the kickplates by hand.

Dusty - the first avatar I had was for AnW'sMum and I was so impressed with myself for actually managing to get one that I had to try another! It's my dog and my now deceased cat. I still have two other cats but she was special.

    It's sleety rain here now.

I do feel tired, very little sleep last night. I'm convinced next door are nocturnal. Had a little lie down this afternoon but it's not like a night's sleep.

Roast dinner done, eaten, washed up and put away. Going to watch Time Team soon.

Good luck for next week Lady Liberty :) Better out than in ;)
  • Hi Mudbath think I will just resort to shouting at him, he is used to that :rotfl: bless him, we went to the hospital today, just so he can check where I am going
Think I would have done the same. Good idea to do it on a Sunday when the traffic is lighter.

And a quick tip for those of you who are mooncup users (look away now Oddjob!)... don't chop chillies without gloves when AF is in residence

My BIL had his aunty (his mums sister) staying and his father never really got on with her (didn't want her staying at all and even told her so) anyway he decided to put deep heat on the fork of all her underwear. So of course it burned and she washed and changed her underwear, she left pretty quickly but took a week to walk right. She never came to stay again. This was years ago but flip me would ya ever.

  • I am back from my afternoon with my cousin - it was nice but the lunch choice was a bit noisy - a lot of families so we will not being going there again- please dont get me wrong and I dont mean to offend anybody on here by saying that but we were sat at a table next to a couple with two young boys and a baby girl about 5/6 months and she screamed for half an hour solid! and then there was other young boys of about 6/7 - 4 of them who were running around between the tables so it was a bit hard to relax - the food was excellent but we found it hard to chat!!!

then we went to dobbies garden centre and had a cream cake!!!!!!
so i dont think I will need much tonight!

vanilla - love the photos of the children and their snowman!
mozzy I got your pm - will add you to my list - will probably send a few oold ones just to make sure it works and you can let me know!
mudbath maybe you overdid it yesterday with putting the kitchen back together and then your visitors last night so take it easy.
dusty sounds like the tea out was good and what a lovely free treat!!! good luck with the ebay - will be getting stuck into mine bigtime soon but just keeping it ticking over for now! Now I maybe wrong here as I havent really bothered much about it but I thinl listing activity is ALL the things you have listed - activity list is the current stuff although it doenst seem to delete things automatically when they are finished or sold and inventory is the stuff you are working to upload.
well done to miss valli with the decluttering!

right thats the first bit of catching up done
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
