Didn't sleep too well as my toe was so sore, how can a toe cause so much pain - it is really bruised now I so hope it isn't broken
Lilysue how did the gum shield work - I wore mine last weekend and woke up to find I'd taken it out and put it under my pillow in my sleep:rotfl:
I always think it's amazing how much a toe can hurt! And I find that toes often hurt more once you get to bed, don't know why but they do.....hope you haven't broken anything.
Arghhh the gum shield....well it's responsible for my rotten nights sleep, apart from the strange nightmares that I won't bore you with again, at one stage I woke up and found myself sitting up in bed with the damn thing in my hand
Dusty, out of interest how did they tell you to clean yours, my dentist said just rinse it under the tap...somehow that doesn't seem enough, but that could be my OCD tendencies coming out!
Vanilla ~ love that snowman picture, particularly the expression on your littlest ones face....the " I hope it doesn't come to life" look.
Missed the HHC so off to do one of my own!0 -
MoF77 - well done to DS :T
Spirit - welcome (to the madhouse!!)
Gryfon - that's brilliant! Well done :T
vanilla - great photo!
I've been to dad's and decluttered the compost to his composter!!

Do not use too hot water - that can alter the shape - Is your's quite thick material? I rinse mine and brush the crevices with a toothbrush - I'm sure you put it in after brushing your teeth so it should be fine. Sometimes I brush mine with a non abrassive toothpaste to freshen it up. You could soak in denture solution - again not hot.
Finished tidying the kitchen so heading up to finish the bedrooms now.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
LilySue...I've got one of those things for my lower jaw as I grind my teeth. What I've been doing is rinsing it first thing in the morning so when I give it a clean before I put it in at night it doesn't need much. Also was told not to leave in sunlight as that'll warp it as well. I haven't had any headaches since wearing it so I think it's working!Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!
