M&S Nokia 6020

My mum has bought herself a nokia 6020 from marks and spencer. They use T-mobile, she wants to stay on 02, i have been trying to crack this bloody thing and it is driving me mad!! Any tips, tried the usual sites and codes, but no help :beer:
