New December E2Save contract bargains

Although One Stop Phone Shop seems to have cornered the market in cheap Orange network deals, there are also some rather interesting deals currently available with Vodafone and 3 tariffs and a range of handsets, courtesy of E2Save. (in addition to the £4.99/month deal with the T610 on BT Mobile that was reported on almost a week ago)

In particular, if I'm not mistaken, they have the first instance of a 12 month 1/2 price deal on Vodafone's new 3G service.

May be not quite as cheap as the OSPS rent-free offer but the handsets here are better specified and, in the case of the 3 deals, the tariffs are much better suited to heavy users.

The usual additional notes apply regarding cashback sites and charity/cashback offers from other MSE members using their refer-a-friend links. If you want to get one of these contracts via a cashback site, please use MARTIN'S links to help support this site. If you want to get a little extra cashback while also helping a charity of your choice, for the sake of the charity concerned, I would recommend talking to PAYLESS as his scheme seems to me to be the only truly transparent cashback/gifting scheme currently available on MSE.

    Wow...£120 for a year 750mins xnet +150texts!

Can anyone confirm if the NEC338 is a decent phone as from anecdotal evidence from colleagues it would appear the LG8120 is the only 3 network phone that seems to not drop calls?
  • I am raising money for MSE charities by using my e2save "refer a friend" £20 cashback link.

I will pass on £15 of the £20 paid by e2save to anyone using my link to get a phone from them. The remaining £5 goes to the MSE charity fund. (And of course nothing for me!).

    Please PM me for details.

Looks a good deal for the E1000!! Bit puzzled as the Tariff says T + T 600 is £15.00 for 12 mths while T + T 900 is only £14.99 a month!! That means extra mins and texts for less money!! Not sure if its a mistake or not?? Any one got an E1000, if so are they any good?? Thanks.

e2save must have the worst customer services i have ever encountered. I ordered a phone and wished to port my existing number. If you have used e2save you put your pac number in during the checkout process, which i did!
So after two weeks of waiting for my number to port nothing ??? so i ring up orange and e2save and no one has any idea what has happened ???. Now the pac code has expired and they wanted me to get a new pac code, which has to be posted and then go through the process again :'( so the whole process could take up to a month.
at this point i reminded them that i was currently paying 2 contracts, as i could not close my other until my number had been ported, and the reason why i used them was to save money not increase my outgoings.
After an hour of wrangling eventually i cancelled my contract with them.
Alll over a simple number porting
