    You could easily fit a 2 metal thingies - dunno what they are called - Its like 2 of the staples from a Hasp and Staple that fit together when whatever is being secured closes - c'mon guy's - bail me out here:rolleyes:

    Vikki I think you need help with your family. Start off going to Citizens Advice who should be able to direct you to another agency. Also consider parking your car somewhere away from your sister's reach.
