Have you ever bought anything from sellstudentstuff.com ? My first experience, see below.
I looked at my account, under Bought was stating that the book I bought has not been posted yet. I was sending several messages to the seller with no replay, I was calling your support line, 0871 875 0011, and there was no way I could get through you. To make matters worse, their e-mail was not being recognised on their own website.
I just want to say that my first experience buying through Sell Student Stuff was pretty scary! Not sure if I would recommend it. They definitely have to be more efficient opening lines for communication.
At the end, I did receive the book and when I look at my account even now, as I said previously, the statement “Not posted yet” still there.0 -
