HELP OSPS Giving me wrong Cash Back

Hi,

Hope someone can help me, well im took out with OSPS with cash backs from them, They should of sent me £70.04 at month 4 and £100.04 at month 8.

I got a fax from OSPS to verify this when i took out the contract because it was unclear on there paperwork.

At month 4 i got £51.66 instead of £70.04, i thought because 3 gave u 3 months half price line rental that was the reason.

Anyway month 8 as come they should of sent me £100.04, but i have only recieved £51.66.

What do i do, i have no other redemtions, do i complain, had so many problems with this company, or do i just take it on the chin never use them again and leave it be.

I will Never use OSPS again.

Any advice would be helpfull, many thanks

    Get in touch with OSPS, tell them you have not been paid cashback at the appropriate rates. Send them a copy of their own fax to you, if necessary.

    Write to them, send it again, and ask them to explain why the cashbacks have not been as you expected them to be.
  • My friend also had an issue with an incorrect cashback schedule. They sent their first email query on 11.1.06 = no reply. Then they resent an updated query on 22.1.06 = automated reply stating that OSPS aim to fully resolve most queries within 5 working days and will be in contact soon.

    LIARS!!!!

    They are still waiting...
