Nasn Sports On Virgin Media

Hi (Hope this is the right place to post)
Can anyone confirm for me if they get NASN SPORTS with Virgin Media?
We are on XL Package and get everything (including Setanta which is included free on this package).
We used to get NASN before but realised recently it wasn't available to us anymore. (I think it got taken off when I phoned up one day to see if they could offer me a better deal, and overheard a woman saying I was on a good deal already).
I phoned up today to ask why we don't get it and first of all was told we need to pay an extra £10 a month to get it. I said I didn't see why as we got it before. After consulting with someone he told me it was because we don't have Setanta and would have to pay £10 a month. Told him we do have Setanta, but to be honest it was falling on deaf ears. I said I wasn't willing to pay extra and was told more or less to have a nice day.
Any thoughts from anyone else if they have this channel or what my chances are getting it.
Sorry for the long rant, and thanks for reading.

Thanks
When we check it says we are not subscribed. My son says we had it before and he used to watch boxing on it.
I'm wondering if it's because we get Setanta free now. Maybe if we were subscribing we would get it (tbh I'm paying an arm and a leg just now + when pay per view fights come on, and don't want to pay any more).
Thanks again
