Free Bikes in Liverpool

My friend lives in Kensington area and got a call last week to collect his bike on Saturday. He had to go through a one hour bike awareness session, after which, the bike was his! Naturally, he's made up and the bike looks quite decent to me.

When my OH got his bike, he also got a load of accessories such as a helment, puncture repair kit, bike bump. I can't remember the name of the brand, but he seemed to think it was a reputable brand.

Further to my above post, the bike didn't have travelwise on it and he did his bike awareness session down by the Albert Dock somewhere. He said it was all quite informal.
