Vodafone SIM Only 12 month deals - new Quidco cashback

The failure by Quidco/Vodafone to pay cashback on these SIM-only deals is starting to seem like breach of contract. But who is the contract with? Quidco make their conditions so vague that you're made to feel grateful if you get paid, rather than it being a contractual obligation. Any lawyers out there?0

I wouldn't touch Vodafone (via Quidco) with a barge pole. My £20/mo sim too has failed to validate, after well over 4 months.0

I agree, you should expect it to be paid, but if only that happened.
My hubby took out a "Quidco exclusive 3 mobile broadband" deal in July and still hasn't been paid. Totally disregard the "exclusive" tag, it is not guaranteed, but good luck to all that tries.

Shaun, I'm sure this has been discussed before.
I have shopped via Quidco for the past 3 years and they are sometimes rather slow but they have never failed to pay me! They might be having problems with Voda'. I'm happy to wait another month but I can understand the feelings of those that have been waiting since last aug'.0 -
It would be rude for me to not update this, i have recived my cashback for my mobile broadband from voda was overdue 2 months. but happy to have the status changed to recieved. and i see lot of people in quidclan a starting to recieve their monies too. :beer: :T0

My cashback came through today, too. I signed up to my contract in July so to see it roll over each month has been frustrating.
I'm glad they've finally started to sort this problem out.0
