So So Annoyed! No Heating And It's 3:47am

Hi
I have had endless problems with the house that we are renting. Our heating has now packed in once again. We had this problem before. A lady called to my house the other day and told me her brother lived here and had the same problem, surely if it's been going on for a long period they should fix it.
First when i moved in the therostate was not on the wall!!!! And the manager told me basically it's my fault for not noticing. But before i signed the agreement he told me that everything was up and running.
Anyway they came to 'fix it' but the only way i could have my heating on was on 30c and that still was chilly!!!! what can i do i am so annoyed!
i have written three letters of complaint. I have had one good outcome they are coming to sort my garden out for me as when i moved in there was dog and cat poo everywhere and not in a good state of condition.
I dnt mean to sound fussy but we have a 16 weeks old baby who was in special care and has now had a cold for just under a month!
so annoyed to be even online writting this i have had enough!:sad::wall::wall:

Bonnie your landlord had a responsibility to get that heating fixed NOW and a commitment to provide you with secondary heating of some kind. Have you tried phoning Citizens advice or Social Services perhaps. What about NHS direct I mean considering thse potentially delicate state of your baby. Phone one of these and I am sure you will get some kind of response. Let us know how it goes x

I called the 'Careline' a few times but they should be called the 'leakline' because thats the only way they will come out! My daughter has been unwell for sometime now.I have wrapped her up and she is ok,luckily the house is not frezzing but it is cold iykwim.
I am just fed up whats the point in paying rent when the house can't be lived in. Have spoke to CAB they called the help line a few weeks ago for me but they were not much use. I am going to go to doctors and get it written up about myy daughter having a cold. Also thinking of writting to MP as this is getting silly x

P.S We have been paying our rent and still will do just takes the p~ss sorry so annoyed

Ah ok. Is the doctor not concerned about your baby having a cold for so long?
