Hi JollyHi Debtcruncher,
Just thought i'd pop in and say hi
Hope you don't mind! I love the way you update regularly and seem to have an ahievement each time, it's really positive!
Have a diary myself but not so good at keeping to it and also achieving anything of late....hopefully that'll change! Anyhows, good luck with the clearing of debts and saving for the wedding fund - what better reason to clear those debts and make the extra pennies :T
Take care, x
The more the merrier. The payment a day challenge is really helping me to get these debts down quickly. I'll pop over to your diary to see how you are getting on from time to time.

Evening everyone
I had a bit of a mini crisis last night the tumble drier stopped working. I have had the engineer out twice already in its first year. It is typical that is stops working after guarantee runs out. However it seems to be working fine today.
. That reminds me I have washing in the machine to hang up.
Today my laptop is playing up the screen keeps going white when you are in the middle of something. I asked my boss to get me a new one as I feel work should provide me with one cause other people have one and he told me to get it fixed. It will probably be cheaper to buy a new one but once it stops working completely I will go to work without one. I bought this one myself for about £650 14 mths ago and I used it mainly for work. I am definatley not buying another laptop to use at work.
Ok rant over.
Today I have added another £3 to the black horse begone fund and £3 to the DIY fund. I also requested my £2.96 from amazon and I posted the package for 66p. So that will be used for PAD.
I am out of the office for the rest of the week so I will be saving on car parking. This money will be going to the DIY fund. It will not be long before I can buy a tin of paint.:rotfl:

Evening everyone
Well my laptop decided to stop working today when I got to work  . So it will be back to good old fashioned methods of pen and paper until my boss decides to buy me a new one. I have been considering buying a desktop for the house but I can't really afford it at the minute. So I will keep using OH's laptop until he kicks me off it.
I made an ebay sale tonight so I am waiting for the payment. I have made another £3 payment to black horse begone fund and £3 to DIY fund. I have £31 pounds in my account which should clear tomorrow and i will put this into the wedding fund. This will nearly be at £600 but still a long way to go. One of the free scratchcards is nearly at £10 so I hope to have this money in my account by the end of next week. The money is trickling in slowly.

Evening everyone
I have been reading all about matched betting the last few weeks and I have finally made my first bets. So I am hoping this will bring in some extra pennies or pounds.
The £31 in my account has still not cleared so hoping it will clear tomorrow so that I can move it to the wedding fund. I made another £3 payment to the black horse begone fund and £3 to the DIY fund. I am aimig to have the black horse paid off by the end of June.
I had my first day at work today without a laptop and I actually didn't miss it.

What lovely weather we are having at the minute I hope it lasts over the weekend.
The £31 has cleared my account and I put this into the wedding fund. I have added another £6 to the black horse begone fund and £6 to the DIY fund. I have also reached the £10 limit on the scratchcards and have withdrawn this today. So that can go into the wedding fund when it comes into my account next week.
I have placed all my bets for the MB for weekend football matches and I hope to make about £13 from two bets. I also have £45 tracked in quidco for opening accounts with bookmakers. I am going to aim to make about £50 a week from this and see how I go. Any money that I do make from this I am going to save for a new desktop or laptop for the house and maybe a weekend away in the summer. Any money which comes from quidco is going into the wedding fund just to keep it moving along.

Well I have got through my first few matched bets without any problems. I have a profit of £14.50 from 2 bets and I am waiting on a free £25 bet to be credited. So that's the computer fund up and running.
My amazon payment which I requested last week cleared account today so that was £2 to the wedding fund and £1.71 to the DIY fund. I am aiming for about £200 in the DIY fund so that I can completely redo the master bedroom with new carpet, paint etc. The whole house needs redoing but I am taking it one room at a time.
The minimum payments for black horse and creation came out of my account today so that was another £81.99 off the debts. I have increased the black horse begone account by £9 since the last time I posted and I am well on my way to having this account paid off by the end of June.

I got my free bet credited and I have placed a bet for the weekend World Cup qualifiers. So at the end of my first week matched betting I have a profit of £14.50 and quidco tracked amounts at £45 and 1 bet to be settled. So now bad for my first week MBing.
The £10 from the free scratchcards cleared and has been moved to the wedding fund. Total now at £606. Another £6 put into the black horse begone fund and £6 into the DIY fund.
I am glad the Apprentice has started again this is one of my favourite shows. Got to go and see who gets fired.

sorry haven't said hi for a while but i lost your diary. i hate the change around on here.
The change has taken me a day or two to get used to. Anyway was talking to boss today about me having no laptop and he gave me a phone number of where I could get it fixed. That was alright I phoned the number and they must have went out of business cause the number was not recognised.
So I phoned the boss back and he said that they was an old laptop (I think it is on it's last legs) in office that I could use but I think it is the laptop that is password protected and nobody had the password. So that is going to be a lot of use to me.
The place I work does not spent any money. I remember on my first day their sitting on a chair which had no back. You walk into the office in the morning and it feels like stepping back in time. So I do not expect to get a new laptop anytime soon.
Anyway I am saving up to buy a new laptop or desktop which I can use in my house. Before I joined here I would have just bought one by now and put it on the credit card and worried about it later. I am now talking about saving for one. This is not like me at all.Mortgage: £59709.77 (26/08/17) Now £58683.93 MFD Nov 2033Current OP Savings £3952.68.

I have just made £21.63 today from MBing from 3 bets. Next week I need to open more accounts to keep this going along. Another £9 has been added to the black horse begone fund and £6 to the DIY fund.
I had to order 2 tyres for my car and the cheapest price I was quoted was £115 each. The last time I put tyres on the car they were £118 each. I have been saving £50 a month for car repairs but beacuse I have just had the car serviced I do not have enough money saved for the types. So I am going to put them onto the virgin credit card which has 0% on purchases until August 2009. This will give me enough time to pay them off and the car should not need anything else doing to it until MOT at the end of the year. These will probably be famous last words :rotfl: .
Money is going to be very tight this month as the rates start coming out again. I still do not know how much they are going to cost. I also have to renew my Norton anti virus subscription, a 2 year subscription is going to cost £71.99 through quidco. I think this is a very good price as it was something I forgot about.
