Cheapest web add on
Hi,
Was told by O2 that I could add on intenet usage on to my multi user business plan for £8.50 ish a month.
Spent three days configuring an exchange server and rang today to get the add on stuck on the users account to be told its actually £29 a month as its an older plan. Currently at month 14 of 24.
Whats the best way to add internet cheaply to either a contract (Sim only?) or PAYG? The user doesnot mind 2 handsets....
Thanks in advance
Baz

On O2's consumer contracts or PAYG it's only £7.50 a month!
The cheapest is 3 contract or PAYG at £5 a month unless you can get a deal but access to the Internet may not be available outside their 3G service area, so be careful.
Others include Vodafone (contract only - £7.50) and T-Mobile (contract only, £7.50).
If the user is just using e-mail it might be cheaper to pay by the Mb if they are a low user - Asda offer 20p per Mb.0 -
Thanks will look at PAYG on O2 or three.
Found this from T Mobile, but have had issues with signal in the past.

Orange have reduced the cost of their internet package to £5 for 500MB use.
I have just got a new phone through mobiles.co.uk n could not add the bundle when I bought it. When I called to enter, I was told the rate is £7.50 for 250 MB but after telling that it is £5 on web for 500MB, she said your plan is just for 12 months thats why. When I insisted, she spoke to someone n said, I could have it for £5 for 500MB but I have to have it now and keep it for full 12 months and cannot cancel it. I said I will call later.
Sorry for a long winded story boring youI wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T0 -

Yes it is, but they also offer a monthly pass for £5 a month on PAYG (and a daily pass for 50p a day).
