I'm not happy with their billing periods and constantly failed invoice notices despite me updating my details.
Does anyone have their contact number?

It seems they do not have a call centre. Info from their CONTACT section, where you click for Customer Services:
Welcome to 18185 customer services
We endeavour to keep our costs as low as possible so we can continue to offer the best rates. For this reason we have chosen not to have an expensive call centre..
It seems they like you to read through the FAQs to answer queries.
I've tried to find an e-mail address for them but can't but I did find this
You can also call our freephone number 0808 170 1818 from a registered telephone for a customer number reminder.
I don't know if that number will get you through to anyone who can help you or whether it is an automated system.
I need to change my address with them soon. I can find how to change my telephone number but as they put my address on their e-mail invoices I'm assuming they might want my new address too.
I'd be interested to know if you get through on that number, or find another one.0 -
They dont have a contact number or a call centre. The 0800 number is an automatic service. It pays to search recent posts at least.;)

I had an email address for them a while ago but whether it still works or not I don't know:
helpdeskcollect@hq.nlTime has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
