    me too!!!! waited in the long ques at CS desk to show them of the overprice and never once been offered a £2voucher. right, cant wait to be overcharged now:D

    If I was the SA I would be chasing the OP. Whether it is in English or Polish the packaging quite clearly states that it is a 2l carton for the price of a 1 litre.

    Would you do the same with toilet rolls if all the other colours had 12 for 9 except the colour you wanted???

    in my store quite often I have to 'remind' CS that as I have been overcharged shouldn't I get a £2 gift card and usually the assistant fumes and huffs and puffs as if they were giving it you out of their own pocket, but I always get it.

    But it doesn't work like that. Each different colour (or flavour) is a different product, and therefore subject to its own pricing; the price of other colours or flavours is irrelevant.

    The juice was priced at £1.06 for a 2L carton on the 25th of jan.

    on the 26th the new stock had 1L free on the carton and is still at £1.06, how is it right?
