Errmm... if you look at post 4 which I believe you are referring to I quoted % but no numbers so what are you assuming?!
As for idiot I earn a decent wage that pays the bills and a mortgage fixed for life that I can afford, with money in the bank and a good standard of living.
Villain I've never taken a dummy from a baby or mugged a pensioner.
A different view on life to you - YES and happy with it.
As for OP's original question no there are not any 95% mortgages I could find quickly, but I could find plenty at 90% for FTB, but looking back OP hasn't given status. Would I tell OP not to buy - certainly not if they can afford the repayments and were buying for a home and not an investment.
Only thing I would ask OP is about the 5%, if it is the OP's money and they are adding to it every month they are waiting to buy all well and good. If the 5% if via a loan and then they will have to borrow to pay legal and moving fees, furnish home etc then no, I don't think that at any time, regardless of house price, that is a good time to buy.0 -

Didn't I just explain this? In detail. Didn't you just admit that you can't count? Oh, hang on, you've just invented a hypothetical loan, out of nowhere.Where did that come from?
Ah, yes, I remember now, the facts must not be allowed to stand in the way of your agenda. Christ! You grip my !!!!!!!
Odd that they system censors "b*gger" but allows blasphemy....

Woah dude, you really need to chill out. Try re-reading mlz1413's most recent post and your two most recent posts - tell me - which one is balanced and sensible and which ones are ranting and hysterical?
OK, so mlz1413 made a maths boo-boo and implied that there will be a 50% reduction in house prices by summer. He admitted the mistake. Would it help you if he explicitly said "I don't think house prices are going to go down by 50%"? (although he's already said as much by saying he expects a 10% reduction).
Are you denying that house prices are falling? And denying that if you buy a house for less money later as opposed to the asking price right now, that you will save money?0 -
They are falling but not as fast as some people are saying0

Oh, hang on, you've just invented a hypothetical loan, out of nowhere.Where did that come from? To the OP asking IF deposit OR loan - trying to establish facts -you have need to look 'facts' up in a dictionary.
Ah, yes, I remember now, the facts must not be allowed to stand in the way of your agenda. Christ! You grip my !!!!!!! gosh you are one angry bunny, is any of this relevant or necessary?

Ms Half Way Between Green and Yellow, you are clearly a teacher as you are hell bent on everyone seeing things your way and no other way full stop.
You are also clearly a frustrated seller but there is no need to take it out on others in an open forum.
There is also no need to swear to the levels you are posting.
You have started another thread total against my post, which you have read as devils work and been told not to be so anal as well as being asked if you are for real. But you still continue to be rude and interpret things I've said into things I haven't - as Mr H said who is posting the well balanced stuff.
Any way you have made me laugh out loud you are so bigoted and off line you are clearly close to being unhinged. As for wanting to be banned from these boards you could just try not reading them - unless of course you are a descendant of Mary Whitehouse.
Have a lovely weekend.0
