Orange Dongel

My sister wanted to sign up for Tmobile unlimited use dongles in the carphone warehouse before Christmas. The carphone warehouse told her Orange was much better and was excacley the same deal! She signed up for this and has just recieved a bill for £150 and noticed the bill states she is signed up for 2 years!! They say she has signed up for paying £30 a month for 3gb download and not unlimited as told by the carphone warehouse!
She is extremely upset and just can afford to pay this - what can she do??

stop using it and cancel it due to mis-selling, contact CPW customer service first, probably at the end have to send letters to Head office, OFCOM. Emma who work for Talktalk, ok does not work for CPW directly might know who you can contact to resolve it. There is a person who posted with similar problem couple weeks ago, if you can look in the posts and find them, send a private message, and hence do a joint thing together, can make a stronger case. Since if dont get anyway you both (or maybe by than say 10 people) can contact watchdog who might make a report for their programme which will generally result in a refund given due to Public relations. About the Orange and T-Mobile, no they are not the same in both how you get billed (as you found out) and also in coverage. They wanted you to sign up to Orange due to comission. You also lost out on £10 a month line rental CPW was doing with T-Mobile at the time.
