 Without the OP naming the solicitor to act on behalf of the purchase, no offer would be taken seriously.

            Some buyers will pay a premium for a particular flat or house if it means something to them.
 For example, someone buying a flat in the same block as theirs on the ground floor , for an infirm or elderly relative.0
