Zedge for free ringtones..

Is it free or will i be caught up in some monthly fee i cannot escape from? anyone used and is it ok? only want a couple! Thanks

There is a pay for service on Zedge, but if you don't sign up for it the rest of the site is free. 20 downloads a day I think, I haven't used it for a while, but it used to be really good for wallpaper, ringtones and 'stuff'. . .

Ah ok so how do i know which bits are free.will it ask me to sign up if there is a charge? also do i upload them to my phone or download them?

Most 'bits' of the site are free, there's a premium section (used to be at the bottom of the list, but as I said I haven't been there for a while). If you try to go into that section it'll tell you you need to pay. You need an account to use the site, but thats free.

You can download to your pc and transfer from there, or there used to be an option to send items to your phone. I never used that service, I just got them on my pc and either bluetoothed them to the phone or used the cable/software that came with the phone to install stuff...

I find the bluetooth a pain with mine and never got any leads with it so have done straight to my mobile, guess ill get charged internet usage but hey worth it for the laugh!

Well Zedge is free and they have some nice pics.
I'd also recomend to go and visit mobizaar.com
I've found them a couple of weeks ago and I'm happy with them.
You can create and download ringtones and wallpapers for free and the best part it that they don't require registration in order to use their site to download from other people.
