Nokia N96
Nokia N85
Samsung i8510
SE G900
Not including any touch screen phones, as you said you text a lot.0 -

A lot of people do complain. I am not sure myself, and its based on LG Renoir review in particular from GSM Arena website.
PS: I am getting Renoir myself but I text very rarely, so not a big issue for me.0 -

Amanda I had the iphone and x1 both touch screen - if your a fast texter on keypads then it will be hard to adjust to - trust me, however the x1 did come with qwerty slideout keyboard - so you had the best of both worlds. But like you said you text fast - so touch screen is out of the question.are the touch screen phones hard to text with as i looked at lg renoir
The x1 was a superb phone - but i sold it as I just wanted a new phone lol
Great camera phones out right now is the se c905 or the innov8.
The innov8 does have a few problems apparently such as the dust appearing under the screen - but because I havent tried it I cant comment. But the c905 seems to be the best option right now for a lot of people. Great camera, decent music player, good for texting, no touch screen, decent software, looks sexy albeit a bit chunky, but browsing on the net is average - the iphone is the best for browsing in my opinion followed by the x1.
But yh the c905 kicks a$$ - im sure ull love it - some people have had problems with their earpiece but its only a minority if it does happen to you, youve got 12 month warranty anyways - if you have any more questions please feel free to ask.

The Samsung Innov8 (i8510) isn't available on O2.
To the OP - if you are a fast texter, it might help to know what mobile you use currently, since you'll be familiar with that texting system and keypad layout (for instance, I prefer to have a phone where the 0 key is space). An idea of what your current price plan is might also help."Who throws a shoe, honestly?"

i have a samsung g600
what are the blackberrys like?0 -
Blackberrys have quite a different user interface that aren't really for everyone. The keypad layout is either qwerty or suretype depending on the blackberry model you're looking at, which is a departure from T9 that you will have been using on the G600.
I wouldn't advise on a blackberry unless you want to have your emails pushed to your handset, which judging by your original post, is beyond the 'nice-to-have' email access and behind a decent camera.
Have to concur that the Sony Ericsson C905 is the most suited model for what you want and this is readily available on O2. It's a bit big and not as slim as other slide models, but has the features you want."Who throws a shoe, honestly?"

windows mobile for texting are great with a touchscreen, applications now exist which give you a keypad the whole face of the screen not a stylus, the one major drawback windows mobile used to have
large fingers benefit from windows touchscreen & new keypad applications
as for Blackyberry I had several & the Storm is the one for texting, shame its exclusive to VoidafoneSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe
