    I know...........before she lost her friend, she didn't do any exercise - now she's a member of a running club, goes everywhere on her bike, she's bananas! :rotfl: But luvverly as well. She's just messaged me to say she's just finished the last 10k of her first of the 12 marathons and is having a soak in a bath in a minute - I wouldn't be able to get out for days if it were me!

    Maz if you go to Body Shop and they have any of the Honey Moisturising Shampoo or conditioner at bargain price would you be able to get me some??

    You are going to be knackered by the end of the day you realise with 4 girls causing havock in the house ;)

    Getting fed up here. ordered Asda for between 7 and 9. Want to put the PJ's on but don't feel that I can! Trying to keep to a budget and this seemed the best way.

    Bun so glad you are enjoying the gym..its great for the mind and keeping you :)

    I nearly backed out of running this afternoon but realised I needed to get my !!!! in gear. And Maz it turns out the Nike + was very inaccurate and its official I am VERY slow...got to laugh there was me thinking I had just got to under 10 min miles..today was well over 11 :eek: Marathon is going to take an eternity

    erin also has an extra free, teacher training swimming lesson on sunday. Well it was a freebie and i thought it was too good to miss...

    good for you on getting out there! weather this weekend is truly pants but i'd like to get a run in if i can.... maybe when erin is in for her free lesson on sunday for 45 mins, i could even probably get in afterwards for a swim....

    and btw, if you're very slow, then i am very very very very very slow!
