Hi,
I am trying to install Kaspersky but it keeps telling me i still have avg installed.I have deleted and uninstalled all i can find.
Does anyone know where else it might be hiding?

avg have a removal tool on their website.don't have a link, but it's there somewhere

Can't do that as my computer wont let me access any anti virus websites, hence the need for Kaspersky.

UPDATE and FULL SCAN
Post the log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds

Download HIJACK THIS (Top right) (Wether malware works or not)

SCAN and post the log so we can see whats running

..also sounds like you need to get, update and run Malwarebytes once you get the anti-virus sorted....

Im kinda hoping HIJACK will work at least so we can remove them using that

Failing that, try malawarebytes etc in safe mode.
