Lisa sorry to hear your news - Take care of yourself.
I wasn't sure we would get snow either, we usually just miss out, and wales hog it all!!!! I think I will be fine, I will be keeping an eye on myself though. Gonna go and make a nice hot cuppa and have a bar of choccy to give baby a sugar rush and check he's moving about ok:)

OMG I'm so !!!!!!!
My MW appt has been cancelled so i cant get any of my forms signed till probably next week, grrr, wanted to get them done today so i'd have the ssmg by the time we went to scotland.
Yes I know it;s to buy baby things, but i've bought everything already!
Oh well, never mind.
We are completely snowed in, OH has been put on standby, i'm screwing cos i need washing powder and cant get to the shops, DS was volently sick at 3am, so had to strip him and the bed, then came downstairs to my poxy dog that has weed and pood on my living room floor  i wanted to stab her!:j Baby boy Number 2, arrived 12th April 2009!:j0 -
Completely snowed in here too, 6 inches of snow. We live up a steep driveway so there is no chance that either of us can leave the house.
Got a few appointments this week, hopefully weather will be a bit clearer then!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -

Lisa - ((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))
Well, it worked - I closed the curtains yesterday afternoon, didn't peek out all night and woke up this am to snow!!!! OH !!!!!! me off - I was reaching into my car to get scraper to get snow off and my top rode up so he lobed a load of snow at me and it went all in my car and all over my bare back!!
Shouted really loud in the street - I am pregnant you know! Soon made him stop when he thought the neighbours might have heard!! Almost crashed me car twice on way to work but I love snow! It's still trying to snow now.
I am aching so bad - kept missing my mouth when I was eating my tea last night because I couldn't control my right arm properly. Think it was from carrying all my bargains back to the car. As well as the babygros and baby bath, we got a brand new chicco carry cot for.......... wait for it...................................................................
£5, yes that's five x £1, a fiver!!! It was part of a travel system and the people had never used it and were giving it away!!! Mattress never been used!! Oh, I'm so pleased at our bargains. At this rate bean will be kitted out for under £100!!!!
rmac - hope something happens for you soon, I would be tearing my hair out by now.A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
Where does the time go? :think:0 -
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I wouldn't want the mess either;)
Our dog if a Labrador x Newfoundland...He's a right big hairy, hippy type dog. We all refer to him as 'the hippy' or 'the dude' (ref. film - Big Lebowski) He is so laid back it is untrue.....The cats get away with murder as he just doesn't care, I always wonder if one day, when one of the naughty cats plays with his tail, if he will turn round and bite their head off:o
r.mac - fingers crossed your body will get fed up with housing that baby soon, and will evict it:D
