I think the HV at our surgery is still the one who was there when I was a baby - I'm 25 in Feb! How scary would that be - moreso for her!!

Random thought.. Remember we were talking about Gavin and Stacey a while ago? Since Sami found that clip on YouTube of Nessa and Bryn singing Islands in the Stream the song keeps popping into my head at random times... And now it's going to be the Comic Relief song! :j :j :j

Regarding that stupid letter I received today, I rang the surgery back and the receptionist got the secretary to ring me back.

Apparantly what happened is that the Doc put this Ms X's info in my notes so the letter that should have gone to Ms X, went to me instead.


Got loads of goodies from Asda ~ I can't believe there isn't one thing we need now!! (although I'm sure I'll still be able to spend on baby stuff lol)

Elle the HV I got from my old surgery (I only switched to my new ones when Chris was a few weeks old) was the one my mum had for me she said it had happened quite a few times before

An update on DD;Her fundal length was 28.5cm and she's 32 weeks, so went for a scan and luckily the baby is medium sized for dates.Midwife said it prob looks smaller cos shes tall and has strong abs:j :j She also confirmed again it's a girl;)
We're sooo relieved all's well, and went to ASDA to look at baby stuff but she's got all the stuff they had there:D

Hi Candy :wave: Glad your baby and her baby are both doing well

I'm excited :j Virgin are updating the tv as i type Hubby decided we deserve it they gave us the first 3mths half price :money:

It has always made me wonder why they rely on it so much.

As an indicator yes...... not not the be all and end all.
