we went to the farm shop this morning to ask them if we could buy any fruit and veg that they can't sell, at a reduced price for the piggies.

they said that out the back they had what they call a 'pig bin' which they fill with all the fruit and veg outer leaves, and all the fruit and veg they can't sell.

they said that we can go along as often as we like and fill a few bags for free! they said there's not much point going on a sunday though, as the pig man comes and clears the lot, so there won't be any left on a sunday. but any other day there's loads
