In a word yes, however it would be advisable to let him know what you want and the timescales you wish to review or you could end up with ream and reams of paper covering many years. I'm sure you would agree that is not necessary and is wasteful, so try and be fairly specific regarding your request.

Well I would certainly not be wanting all my records - I would have to hire a big truck to transport them all! No, all I would be wanting would be the last 18 months! Or maybe the last 3 years as I did have a bout of IBS in the summer of 2003 so maybe if I got them back that far.

I honestly didnt think about getting hold of my records but it does sound a good idea!

Thats handy to know about your records,I often get missed out for copies of my sons reports so will have a word with the receptionist when we go this week.
