Well done :T.
V impressed with your organisation. Would like to do a spreadsheet for fuel but meters are at front of house so neighbours would see me taking readings regularly
. Unless I do it at night . Now, what would be more embarrassing - being seen in broad daylight every month taking meter readings or being caught occasionally taking readings by torchlight
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
Mortgage Balance = £0

Hi Catanddogs
I can't say without knowing the details of your mortgage. E.g. Amount, if your on fixed etc. Have a look at post #13 in this thread for my understanding of the fixed rules. As always, do your own research.
The best and prob easiest option would be to give them a call

Absolutely fantastic progress mate. Massive congrats!
Know how you feel with paying for decorating. I am in the same boat at the mo, but as others always say, you can't put your life on hold just so you can overpay a bit more.
Just seeing that £40k in interest saved must feel awesome. :T0
