Carephone Warehouse / 02 Billing Problems

Hi,

The last couple months i have had my bill cycle change by the above company.

I normally get my new allowance on the 4th each month - They bill me the 10th and take the DD out on the 20th.

Each month i call up as you could not view you minutes texts used as when you log into your account its say something like - information not available and call the 0870 number.

I paid a DD at November but that invoice appeared to be late as a needed that in on time to claim my cash back - Any way i paid the 40.00 or so then 2 days after got an email from credit control to say that i gone over my 30-00 credit limit ( i set that on purpose in case my hand set got lost/stolen )Called them up and they said a major error in the billing and that would re-calculate again.

January bill arrives claiming that I made nearly 4 hours plus voice calls and 400 texts in December ;-((((((( which when I disputed with them the only answer they could state " you’ve made the calls off that handset " I state that if they viewed my last 8 invoices I have no way made that many calls and that the above answer was not acceptable and requested a copy paper invoice to be sent.

When I called e2save ( now part carphone warehouse ) as that’s whom I bought the phone off – I got advised that November billing was a 6 week bill and that the adviser said her billing had doubled and that loads customer complained of higher bills, plus from other adviser that if I been billed 6 weeks the 4th / 6th week I would of not got my allocated minutes hence thinking that I would of gained a new allocation.

Called again to see if I get a different adviser and told the billing wrong but the invoice would be less next month????

I have requested a cessation statement to terminate my contract early and told carephhone warehouse that not willing to guess my monthly allowance and not know were the hell I am regarding payments and for what period.

Has anybody else got any advice – heard anything or dealt with this in another manner.

    i`ve got a outstanding complaint with carphone warehouse. they are really crap there service is crap so are there management. keep on at them !!!!!

    Really, your complaint is with o2, not e2save. I cannot see that you will gain anything from contacting e2save. You would do better to concentrate your efforts on o2 directly.

  • Thanks - i have put the complaint with carphonewarehouse but thought it intresting that when i called to query my contract as i set the account up with e2save that advisers stated that they had problems
