hi there, i am a tesco customer and have recently started collecting airmiles with them.
my partner's sister is leaving for germany soon .... has offered us her clubcard vouchers .... £70 ... no use to her there - my question is, is there any way that i will be able to either use these vouchers on my account or have the airmiles transfered from her vouchers to our airmiles account? can her clubcard be added to my account for example?
thanks in advance for any solutions you can think of!

Q's: No, no, & no.
Mergers can only be done where the addresses are the same, and Clubcard would need to speak to both card holders to comply with Data Protection.
Safest way, is for her to give you a key ring card of hers to use with her vouchers.
The only other way, would be for her to put a 'transfer of points' request in writing to clubcard - with it in writing its something that may then action.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Have you tried calling airmiles, they are usually very helpful0 -
Just a quick thank you to Tesco. They have done me well recently ! With my Clubcard vouchers I got the extra Clubcard coupons. Unfortunately they were all for online shopping. I don't shop online (and then pay for delivery). So I rang them, and it seems somehow my preference got changed. She has changed it back to 'in shop', plus she gave me 200 points.:T
I recently had another problem with the double-up, Clubcard Voucher Exchange (see this thread). Again they 'sorted' the problem, to my benefit.:jThank you for reading this message.0 -
PLease could someone explain my clubcard vouchers.
We barely shop in Tesco anymore and I have just had my vouchers drop through the door. I have £39 to spend, normally only get £4 as a rule.
Thankyou0 -

Did you speak to them in the last few months? For example change of address, lost vouchers, or have you made any large buys on Tesco Direct, or shopping via Grocery Home Shopping (GHS)?
What does it say on the statement? Does it mention a high brought forward figure (from previous period)? What clues are there?I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

if you don't want them, I'll have them.0 -
I received my statements the other day and I noticed on the back of the vouchers £5 off a £50 spend that it says that tesco & esso fuels are excluded. I used to use these for my fuel but it seems like they have knocked this on the head.0
