Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here [merged]

Hi all,

We converted some clubcard vouchers into partner rewards vouchers but in the process of moving house we have lost the vouchers. Has anyone had any experience of getting these re-issued by Tesco? I've searched the internet and all I could find were examples of people getting clubcard vouchers re-issued when they have been lost, not partner rewards vouchers.

Any help would be appreciated.

ive have deals vouchers reissued if lost in the post, but ive never thought to have them reissued if ive lost them

It tells you on the Tesco Rewards Website, first thing it mentions when you click the additional info about Cineworld, thought it would have been easier to check there first.

Can you do numerous ones if you have numerous clubcards, ie same person but different cards. I have three clubcard numbers so could I use all three.

The way \I see it the clubcard cineworld voucher equals £3 a cinema ticket.
I don't think there is a restriction on when you can use the vouchers so if you used the vouchers on a Friday/Saturday night you'd benefit from the vouchers the most.
My guess would be that you couldn't use the vouchers in conjunction with any other promotion.

Thanks Flea. Luckily we found them again so panic over for now! However, for info they said there was a 3 month limit on claims for vouchers lost in the post.

I'm sure I've read restaurant deals tokens are transferrable? We have some for Planet Hollywood that we didnt use, can we now use them for Pizza Express or one of the other restuarants? Just wondering if they will refuse them in the restaurant as Planet Hollywood is stamped on them.

Best to double check on the Clubcard website. A few of the restaurant vouchers are specific to that restaurant (probably Planet Hollywood if it has it stated on it). Pizza Express, Bella Italia etc are transferable between restaurants.
