    NO they will not, who told you that mallarkey? If you dont meet their score they will decline you for the storecard too mate! Obviously.....

    Yes mate, thats industry standard for example you apply for BOI gold card, they say no, you appeal and they offer a classic card.

    It doesn't mean that debenhams (GE Money) will lower their score. TBH i'd have thought it better to apply for the storecard then after a few months apply for the CC as with the storecard you're restricted to one chain whereas the CC can be accepted anywhere....

    Plus the storecard can come with a start limit of 100 quid
