    Is it true there is a 6months period with capital one? I.e you have to wait 6 months after failed app?
    That's the same as a lot of other CC

    Credit is available subject to status and conditions. If you have applied for a Capital One card in the last six months your application may be declined

    Most credit card companies have the same terms.
