I am thinking it is high time I get myself a contract phone but don't want to risk getting declined and getting a blot on my record due to this

Well i went for T-Mobile. I got accepted but had to pay a security deposit but got it back after two DD payments.

Orange are quite easy to get IMO. O2 seem nails and I haven't tried Vodafone.

    I'm snowed in :D

No chance I'm driving to work. There are no London buses and no trains. And I'm not walking 12 miles to work

H2B's cab wouldn't start and it was scary enough manouvering my car to jump start. I don't know where these gritters are, they certainly haven't been anywhere near my house lol

But it is very very pretty. Very crisp and fluffy :)

Oh you southeners, any excuse to get a day off :D
I cycled in to work this morning, looks like the council have sacked all of the gritter men.

I'm not gonna risk my neck driving on ungritted roads. I don't have some fancy 4 wheel drive. I have a soft top lol

Actually, I don't think any of my colleagues have made it in. But I have a work laptop etc, so I can just get some work done at home :p

One more day at work and then I'm on my holidays :j , so no more snow after today pls :D

Cant understand how the whole of LONDON has ground to a halt - they had a couple of days warning.
