I'm going to go to the County Court if necessary Darcy, I want them off and by September I should only have 12 searches in total and a clean file not adverse. (fingers crossed):j0 -

Have you removed any Darcy?
How did you go about it?
I've sent a letter to them asking for the CCA and Default notice etc, if they don't send that I have another letter to send and if they still don't remove them I am going to fill out the N1 Form and see what they make of that.

I disputed the data with the CRA's & they are then oblidged to contact the lender in question and query it. I did have to send in ID to confirm my DOB and then the removed them!Bank Accounts - Barlcays Premier[/B] - £1000 o/d, HSBC - £200 o/d- First Direct - £500
