its not hard once settled just fight them tell them you recieved no default notice and there breaking the law they will argue at first but if you stand tall and fight then they will remove!

I'm going to go to the County Court if necessary Darcy, I want them off and by September I should only have 12 searches in total and a clean file not adverse. (fingers crossed):j

    Have you removed any Darcy?

How did you go about it?

I've sent a letter to them asking for the CCA and Default notice etc, if they don't send that I have another letter to send and if they still don't remove them I am going to fill out the N1 Form and see what they make of that.

    What do you think?

I got mine removed by the CRA - however these defaults did not belong to me.

I disputed the data with the CRA's & they are then oblidged to contact the lender in question and query it. I did have to send in ID to confirm my DOB and then the removed them!

Well I'm going for it. I haven't tried ringing them everyday yet, but I will.

hey cif go for it mate where does it show you that your offered a cc
When I log in a page comes up before my accounts are listed with a "letter" inviting me to apply for their CC. Thing is I applied when this came up before and was turned down because of my multitude of searches so I am not going to risk it. But they have increased my guaranteed OD limit from £2750 to £3500 today.
