  • Well I just made it :j :j :j . Declaring at £243.18 so just £6.82 underspend. Total of 17 NSDs for the month which I am satisfied with. I know I could spend less, but as a reduction from £400 - £450 a month with maybe 7/9 NSDs I am pleased. I would look at some other savings if I wasn't w**king fulltime. Off to update siggy, and I'll see you all over on the March thread.

  • Hi everyone

Just declaring my spend of £114 for February, comfortably within the £120 budget. Have been doing too much M&S spending lately, lack of time catching up with me. Will have to try to fit in a lidl shop soon too :)

Hope everyone else did ok! And see you in the March thread.

I'm declaring at £198.87 after we had friends come over unexpectedly and so popped to the bakery to get a baguette and to the shop to get milk and cheese. Had a good month overall and have quite a few things in the cupboard still

    Hi

I'm declaring at £198.88 for February. Loadstips picked up from here. Thanks everyone.
I got there - I'm debt free and intend to stay that way. If I haven't got the cash, it doesn't get bought. It's as simple as that.

Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.
  • Time for me to declare for this month. I spent £119.95 / £120, so 5p within budget :j I knew I as going to be about £5 under, so I went to MrS as I needed diluting juice, and picked up a couple of bits like rice and pitta bread as well. The lady looked at me a bit funny when I tuned to my boyfriend and went "5p under!" with a big grin ony face.

Morning everyone, just a quick question. Has anybody used sainsbury's home delivery service? Are they any good?, i've tried mrT's and Asda in the past. Had no probs with mrT's but asda got loads of stuff wrong so i'm a bit dubious.
I've just been putting together my shopping list for next month and as we need to try and cut costs a bit more i thought i'd compare prices and products a bit more than usual and found that my money will go a lot further at sainsbury's than at mrT's when i usually go.

    Thanks in advance

I have used them several times and never had any problems.
