How can I ask for compensation from T-Mobile?

I USED to work for T-mobile though.....0

The 'business' aspect of this is irrelevant, as far as both myself and the CAB can see. I am self-employed, an individual. If I have lost money as a result of someone else's negligent actions then it doesn't matter whether I lose money as an individual or business. They sold me (an individual) a phone that doesn't work. They told me (an individual) that the phone was repaired when it was not...FOUR TIMES! The fact that some of my loss was business-related and the rest was personal (wasted time, expenses, travelling) doesn't excuse the fact that a wrong took place!0

Anyway,
I AM going to leave T-Mobile as soon as I can (July)
I AM switching to the lowest possible tariff (Flext 15) and I'm going to let the remainder of the contract run its course.
I AM going to advise anyone I can not to buy a Vario MDA Touch (which I have already done, writing reviews on as many sites as I can)
I AM also going to advise others to steer clear of T-Mobile.
At the very least, I hope no-one else has to put up with the problems I have.0 -
