d500 freezin then reboots ??
Hi there i was wondering if anyone knew how to clear the memory of a d500? as you would on a nokia s60 (full hard reset) ?
my problem is that when i go to my images,then to downloaded images the phone freezes and then reboots and ther is 2000+ kb in there which i have never seen lol
I have tried the ep1 and ep2 full reset codes but they don't work??

how old is it? if its less than 1 year you can get it fixedunder warrenty (assuming you havent got any liquid damage and it hasnt been customer damaged - ie dropped)
may be fixed by reflashing but yu would lose any pics youve saved0
