i for one know that sometimes my responses can be "objectionable" or whatever, and that's mainly down to frustration.
Q - can you tell me what meal i get on my flight?
A - check the airlines website
Q - can you tell me where i can find this that and the other
A - Google it
Q - i'm too lazy to google or don't know what google is
A - well who's problem is that? mine? i'll help within reason, but i'm not going to cure your laziness..
these are kinda standard responses for me.. Certain things i'll go out of my way to help on, and i don't mind searching for flight prices, as long as you've already searched, and tell me what you've found.... there is no need for me to help, and if i'm going to help, throw me a little rope... yeah?

I agree, often the answers to a persons problems are on the first page!
I can remember a while back someone posted something along the lines of "Can someone please help me because i cant be bothered going through all the pages"
Unbelievable.
Then there are people who come and ask a question - hoping for an answer to their problem. You give them one, then they find a problem with your answer, you give them another, they find a problem with that. I think some people want you to actually solve their problems for them!
And lets not even talk about those who create their own problems despite statements clearly being in the terms and conditions of the potential financial cost.0 -

I wasn't actually talking about myself, so maybe best not to assume!
I've seen others be very helpful and write long replies, which must take taken a lot of thought, and I just think it's good manners to say thank you
