You are not alone Ems I tried 2 different cards and did not get a voucher for EI on either card. I also find that my local small boots always gives me a 75 points off a £10 spend from the a/c machine. At larger branches of boots I only ever get 100 points off a 15 spend. Does anyone else find this happens.

I got £15 worth of No7, two reduced Christmas items and nail polish, with 3 free gift bags. With 200 bonus points on the illuminating powder and 150 on the nail polish. Which gave me the free gift bag. I bought some other pieces to get up to £20 to get bonus total spend points.

Separate transaction bought a variety of the EI things, and used vouchet to get chocolates total spend £12.48 but only got 3 standard points there with 1800 bonus points. Did not appear to get normal points on the EI is that what others are finding?

I used a "100 points on Hair Science products" AC voucher yesterday and the till didn't deduct that either. (Hair Science was still on BOGOF yesterday, though the shelf signs were absent.)

Sounds like Boots' tills are doing funny things (first time for everything! ) at the moment and you need to double check you've received all your points.

Me too, I tried it today when I went to our local "Big Boots" as my local one doesn't have a machine...boo hoo.

Got in and the first machine said "out of order" didn't want to chance removing the sign so tried the machine further down the store and it was working...hurrah. Printed off voucher no problems, it only allows you to print one by the way, the option disappears while it's printing. The EI was all marked BOGOF so got a selction of handwash, bodywash and hand and body lotions. 10 items in all. Wanted to get the cheap choccies for my son as they're his favourite so bought a lavender essential oil that I wanted (not on any offers unfortunately) Total spend, £13.84 total points 1518 plus chance to get chocs for 99p and a £5 voucher. All TD stuff back on show quelle surprise! Thanks Boots.

No it doesn't give you the normal points on the EI only the bonus 150...well we can't have it all I guess!

Ive been in boots 4 times this week and the AC machines are just not working. 3 in the shop i go to, one had a card over it saying out of order but the others when you put your card in say when you click on the view all offers that there arent any avaliable today!!! So not impressed.

And i really do need more EI hand wash, thats what we use and there is hardly any left in the bottle in the loo and dont want to buy anymore til i get this EI voucher!!!

Might have to trawl to another boots tomorrow.

Booooooooo.... Looks like I missed out on the EI points bonanza printed a voucher off in a small store last night.. and they had no EI stuff in... tried today in a larger store was no voucher in AC machine offers.. and they had loads of EI products staring me in the face!! ho hum

On a brighter note I did find a choccy/£5 off skincare voucher in the basket I picked up..

Managed to use the 200 points voucher for No.7 illuminating powder on the sale one not the new stock.. (its half the price)

AC machine gave me 150 points off a £20 spend, and 75 points off a 'meal deal'

Bought myself a new Gillian McKeith 'You are what you eat' smoothie maker with my AC points, have always wanted one.. thanks all for tips, as wouldn't have had a clue how to work the points out myself! :T

It was at the one I went to. Well the signs were up but then all the "change one thing" signs were too. We do things a bit s l o w e r down here. I didn't buy any so couldn't say for sure.

It's not 3 for 2 in leeds and they haven't put any wipes/handcream or lip stuff out either (TD)

wasn't in my local stores either... don't think the cheaper items will reappear whilst the £5 voucher is being given out for spending over £10.. as TD on these.
