I live nowhere near a beach but I still LOVE school holidays, I can't wait to spend some good quality time and discover my daughter inside the moody tired little girl that comes home from school each night...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Where I live there are lot's of free council or lottery funded activities for kids. Have a search around you might be able to find something. I know not all areas are as lucky though.

    What's the problem?

Oh wait, it means you can spend more time online and less time caring for your children if they're in school more.

well at least we know what you'll be doing, so do you intend to look after your children at all??

Actually looking at your other posts i would suggest using your time to work off your anger towards, British, the UK, single parents (apparently we are all chavs) you really do have issues, Perhaps going back to your own country may suit you, seeing as you hate us that much
Life is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?

    I've been Money Tipped!
Good things about school holidays - blissful lie ins in the morning - no racing around to get ready, going away on day trips, going off to see relatives:D

    Bad things - No money:eek:

One of the things about being a part time lecturer is that I'm supposed to put some of my money aside every month for my own holiday pay as I don't get any from them - yeah right!!!! But still - lovely holidays and I'm looking for a cheapie trip for that 1st extra week in September now.

Ours have got 6.5 weeks. I'm lucky in that I can switch a fair few of my hours to weekends but I'm still knackered during the day when I have to work week nights.
Ah, the joys of being a working parent.
