e2save mistakes in delivery - anyone else had similar problems?

I've just received my new phone package from e2save today - quite a few things that I need to contact them about and I'm not getting much joy through the phone. Anyone got an email address for them?
On their site, they said I would get a magnetic in-car holder, a leather case and an in-car charger, none of which I've received. They haven't sent me any terms and conditions, and on the summary of the bill thing, it says Orange world £4 a month which I didn't ask for, and there's no mention of the free 200texts a month I should get for 3 months.
Anyone else had similar problems? What do I do?

I got a phone 2 months ago and I have no complaints athough they did sign me up to Orange World one month free trial with £4 p/m thereafter, however this was soon resolved with a call to 150, Orange CS, tell them to remove Orange World bundle0

I ordered a phone from e2save last year and they didn't send the accessories with it. I phoned several times to complain (they told me they were out of stock) and things eventually arrived special delivery. I'm not sure they would ever have come if I hadn't complained though.0

Thanks for replying.
I'll try to ring e2save again today to complain that the accessories haven't been sent and I guess I'll have to ring Orange up about cancelling the Orange world bundle.0 -
They also added orange world to my contract even tho it wasnt ticked when i ordered, i suspect they will add it anyway as they will get more comission and alot of people wont notice.0

I've phoned Orange directly and cancelled the Orange World thing so at least I won't be paying for that. And I've phoned e2save to complain that my accessories haven't come (after they ignored an online form I filled in) so hopefully they'll send them now.0
