Quick question about title deeds

Looking at the website, the garage and the residential properties are 2 separate entities.
Either someone has sold of the garage to the property separately, or the garage is not even anything to do with the property. Is there perhaps a block of say 100 garages nearby and one of the garages happens to be the same number as the property you are buying - although they are not in any way connected?
Edit: if the garages are still owned by Geroge Wimpey, perhaps they are available to rent to residents?"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Sorry, I mis-understood. I thought the registered owner was who it was sold to i.e. the current owner, not who sold it
