No. it's optional: Please enter your e-mail address below if you're happy for us to send you a survey about your experiences of independent financial advice (your e-mail address will be used solely for this purpose and will not be disclosed to any third party).
Enter post code then fill in security box at the bottom, then it will take you to the page listing your nearest IFAs
The only time you have to give anything other than your postcode is on the entry form
