Depends what your requirements / desires are really.
I hate using corded mice because the cord snarls and the movement / precision gets destroyed. Especially a problem when working with CAD or drawing software.
At present I use a wireless, optical mouse the has USB/PS2 connected cradle.
Battery does not run out because you just drop the mouse into the cradle overnight - £9.99 from Aldi - Bargain.-=Mr-J=-0
