Received the following NtO from Glasgow City Council with out Penalty Charge on windscreen or issued direct to me. Loading car with a table from a shop across the road. Parked in a loading bay across the road from the shop. Need to get pictures of loading bay next weekend. Sent letter to council requesting copy of notice,…
